KRAV MAGA
Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and extremely efficient and brutal counter-attacks. This system promotes finishing a dangerous situation as quickly as possible. Attacks are aimed at the vulnerable parts of the body. Students learn to defend against all varieties of attacks and are taught to counter in the quickest and most efficient way.
HYPER MARTIAL ARTS
Impact Martial Arts is a certified Hyper Pro Training School. Hyper is performance Martial Arts. It is designed to create martial arts athletes through specific training. There are 3 main areas of focus: acrobatics, performance skills and performance weapon skills.
JR. JIU-JITSU
IMPACT Jr. Jiu-Jitsu was established to provide students with a safe, progress-oriented learning enviroment. This program focuses on ground techniques rather than striking. Our training teaches students to leverage their own body size against their opponent's to gain the upper hand. It is a safe and friendly environment that teaches work ethics and discipline.
LITTLE DRAGONS
3-7 year olds
We understand that younger students in this age bracket have a shorter attention span. Our classes for this age are fun, fast-moving and are designed to improve listening skills, motor skills, balance, coordination, respect and social skills.

MUAY THAI
Muay Thai, known as the art of 8 limbs, is a form of combat Martial Arts from Thailand. Muay Thai uses stand-up strikes like elbows, knees, punches and kicks along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is one of the base stand up systems we teach. Our program is ring proven and a great form of improved mental focus and physical fitness.
ESCRIMA/ARNIS
Impact Martial Arts is proud to offer Donzella Arnis, a combination of Filipino stick fighting systems. Donzella Arnis has 5 levels of learning and is a complete curriculum of single stick, double stick, stick and knife, knife, empty hand and flexible weapons.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
FITNESS WITH A PURPOSE
Our Kickboxing program is not just a cardio-kickboxing based workout, it also includes hitting pads, using resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, ropes and circuit training all while using H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training is one of the best fat-burning, sweat inducing workouts around. Unlike most cardio-kickboxing programs, we stress proper form and details. This is important to prevent the many injuries we see when an unqualified instructor teaches kickboxing techniques that they don’t even know how to do themselves. Every class is taught by a certified instructor that has gone through extensive training in proper technique, fitness training, nutrition and motivation. These classes will help build your confidence and your body. Kickboxing is a great way for someone to lose 5 or 50 pounds.
