ADULT PEAK PERFORMER PROGRAM
If you are a beginner with no experience or a martial arts junkie, our professional staff of home-grown nationally recognized and certified Black Belt instructors will guide you to be your best.
We aim to provide adults with a progressive, positive and encouraging environment to improve their mental, physical and emotional conditioning.
Men and women of all ages, backgrounds and stages of life are enjoying the many benefits of martial arts training. We treat all of our students with respect and understanding and will bring out the positive attributes in each individual.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get hurt?
No. Every student is on their own journey. We have young, strong students who love to take their training seriously, but for the vast majority of our students (95%+), getting hurt isn't an option (plus it's not much fun). In our classes, safety is paramount. There's no more of a chance of you getting hurt here than there is at a gym or jogging down your neighborhood street.
I haven't been active in years. Do I need to do anything before start?
No. Although we definitely suggest maintaining an active lifestyle, if you haven't exercised in years, our beginner classes are perfect for you. We specifically focus our beginner class on helping students not only learn the basic foundations of martial arts, but on building basic physical endurance, strength and flexibility. Before you know it, you'll be looking and feeling fantastic!
How often do I need to come to class and when are your classes?
Our programs fit into almost any schedule (remember, all of the other students who already take classes with us are super busy too!). We have found that 2 classes a week to start is a perfect balance for our beginner students.
We offer classes 7 days a week and some days multiple times. After you fill in the contact form above we will contact you and will send you a schedule of our classes.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Absolutely! We start with a Trial Program. It's really important not only for you to be able to make sure our program will be beneficial, but also for us to be sure we can appropriately meet your goals.
All of our potentially new students start with a trial program, because of this space is often very limited. So if you would like a space, please be sure to fill out the form above. If there are no spaces, we will put you on the waiting list.
